Our Story

Founded in 2023 with a simple belief: event organizers deserve better technology.

We started with lead retrieval, solving a real pain point at trade shows like High Point Market — the largest furniture trade show in North America. Thousands of reps walking the floor, scanning badges, capturing leads the old way: fragmented, error-prone, and frustrating.

We built QuickLeads to change that. A mobile app, a web scanner, a rental device, and LeadsHub — a unified data hub for managing, filtering, and acting on leads. It worked. Within months, event organizers at major shows were running on our platform.

But we didn’t stop there. We saw the same fragmentation everywhere: registration systems that don’t talk to lead capture. Badge designers disconnected from registration. Analytics scattered across five different vendors. We decided to build the unified platform we always wanted to see.

Today, eventkrowd is building a complete event management system: registration, lead retrieval, badges, sponsorships, analytics, and more. Every feature is designed by people who have actually run events and understand what organizers need.
